ADAS Practical Skills Observation Checklist

Use with instructor supervision on an appropriate training vehicle or approved physical training setup. This checklist records observed performance; it does not replace the applicable OEM procedure or establish a manufacturer credential.

Stop-work rule: Do not proceed if safe conditions, required vehicle-specific information, authorization, qualified supervision, equipment, workspace or prerequisite repairs are missing. Record any unmet item and the next disposition. A virtual lab result is not evidence of physical calibration.
