This module uses fictional normalized pressures, temperatures and command states to teach system relationships. It does not authorize cylinder/tank service, venting, transfer, valve bypass, pressure adjustment, line opening or leak repair. Gaseous-fuel systems can contain high stored energy and flammable fuel. Use current manufacturer information, approved detection equipment, facility ventilation/ignition-source controls, PPE, jurisdictional requirements and qualified service boundaries.
Identify the fuel → control the environment → understand the pressure path
CNG and LPG can look similar from the driver seat while behaving very differently in storage and service. This module teaches students to recognize the architecture, protect the workspace, and use evidence before touching a pressurized component.
Trace storage, isolation, regulation and metering
Separate supply state, valve command, regulation and environment
All values are fictional 0–100 teaching indexes—not real pressures, fill limits, leak thresholds or service specifications.
Identify → triage → map pressure stages → compare command and response
Ordered gaseous-fuel workflow
Complete the sequence in order.
