1 · Job intake and training vehicle
Record what brought this vehicle into the capstone.
2 · Current OEM information and job scope
Use the specific vehicle's current manufacturer service information. Record the revision/portal reference and what it actually directs; do not substitute this page for a procedure.
A universal procedure or calibration trigger is not sufficient for this task.
3 · Diagnosis and condition of the vehicle
Unresolved sensor/bracket damage or mounting concern?Do not use calibration to compensate for unapproved mechanical repairs.
Critical ADAS or prerequisite diagnostic condition unresolved?Consult the procedure and repair the underlying issue first.
Collect evidence before choosing a calibration path.
4 · Authorized service plan and readiness
All applicable prerequisites must be addressed before supervised work.
5 · Instructor-observed work
Use P01/P02/P03 worksheets for more granular checkpoints. A simulated lab, worksheet, or self-marked status never substitutes for actual instructor observation.
Instructor observations are independent of online knowledge and simulation scores.
6 · Verification and evidence register
Preserve original evidence in the instructor's approved system. This page records references and review status, not the files themselves.

7 · Instructor review and learner development plan
Selecting an instructor disposition is a manual training note, not a system-issued pass or credential. This site cannot verify instructor identity, tool results, procedure compliance, or a vehicle-release decision.
