Vehicle-specific practical assignments · v99
Use these printable, instructor-led training worksheets alongside the full 14-criterion observation record. They are not OEM procedures or automatic credentials.
01 · Vehicle-specific lab setup sheet
Use a school-owned or otherwise authorized training vehicle. Enter the exact OEM source in the actual work record; no brand-agnostic targets, measurements, time limits or static/dynamic method are supplied here.
Readiness gates
For this educational checklist, every gate must be marked confirmed before beginning an applicable real-vehicle task. “Not checked” and “Unmet” both require review; a confirmed gate does not independently authorize work.
02 · Instructor-observed practical record
All 14 original checklist criteria are presented here. Select Met only for performance you personally observed under the relevant OEM/shop requirements; select Needs work for correction, or Not observed / not applicable and explain the limit. Unchecked is not a pass.
03 · Remediation and separate reassessment
Needs-work and unobserved criteria appear here with editable coaching actions, practice conditions, an evidence plan and a separate reassessment result. The first observation is preserved on this page until you reset it; retesting does not overwrite the original selection.
04 · Instructor disposition and record references
Record boundary: Instructor observation is not an OEM credential, license, legal authorization, service invoice, calibration certificate, validated customer work order, or vehicle-release decision. Any actual service evidence belongs in the authorized shop system.
This packet is session-only: no browser-local storage, backend, learner account, electronic signature, or automatic grade is generated. Print or save the completed packet before leaving this page.
